viaFriends is open to anyone over the age of 21.
We require the following to begin your formal application:
- Completed Application Form. Download here
- 20% Deposit. Please download, complete and return to us our Placeholder Deposit form .
We will advise you in writing when your place is confirmed.
Fees
All fees quoted are excluding GST (NZ Goods and Service Tax at 12.5%).
Full payment of your fees are required at least sixty days prior to the commencement of your programme – failure to meet this commitment may result in penalties and/or cancellation of your place.
Your fee to attend viaFriends is made up of two primary factors:
- Your programme: inclusive of all programme related costs, tutorials, personal coaching, health and wellbeing activities and training, all learning materials as well as travel throughout New Zealand, stated adventure/cultural and tourism activities and airport transfers.
- Your residential services: for both your accommodation at the via estate and at the other beautiful locations we stay at throughout our journey around New Zealand. Your rooms are serviced and have private bathroom facilities and your fees include all meals, snacks and beverages – with the exception of alcohol. You may choose to have your own room or share with one or more companions travelling with you, we have rooms suitable for 1 to 5 occupants.
Attendance Fee – single occupancy: NZ$ 38,000 pp

International Air Travel
International air travel is not included in the via Fees. We can organise your international flights for you if you wish through our partner airline Air New Zealand. Alternatively you may choose to organise your own international travel.
