Phase One - Welcome and Induction

Purpose

  • Familiarise you with our programme, facilities, with the others attending your programme and with New Zealand.
  • Create the foundation for the experiential learning process for each person.

Outcomes

  • Established relationships between programme, participants, staff, philosophies and New Zealand.
  • Each participant will develop their unique personal profiles.

  • Understand the process and mutual benefits of mentoring.

    Phase Two - Myself

    Purpose

    Establish a sound understanding of yourself and how to make best use of your unique strengths.

    Outcomes

    Refined skills and increased knowledge around life balance, health and wellness, personal organisation and presentation.

    Design, preparation, resourcing and implementation of a team-based project.

    Purpose

    Establish and maintain a positive via culture and consistency of approach.

    Home Group (Daily)

    Purpose

    Provide a level of pastoral care and add to the collective learning of you and your group.

    Outcomes

    A base for you to informally interact with a small group and a tutor for support, and the sharing of experiences and feelings and for the processing of learning.


    Community Service Projects

    Purpose

    Understand and value the importance of unconditional giving as part of healthy life balance.

    Outcomes

    Regular participation in one or more community service projects or organisations – this could be philanthropic, ecological/conservation or community service based.


    Financial Independence (12 week programme only)

    Purpose

    To delver a safe and controlled environment to experiment with wealth creation and management.

    To deliver practical advice on wealth creation and management.
