STEP ONE: Application
We require the following to begin your formal application:
- Completed Application Form. Download here
- 20% Deposit. Please download, complete and return to us our Placeholder Deposit form .
STEP TWO: The interview process
Once we have received your application the following interview process then takes place in order for your place to be confirmed:
- Formal interview with you (and with a parent/guardian or sponsor if you are under 18) by one of our senior via representatives – this may be done in person or via the telephone
- Reference check with a suitable representative of your current or most recent educational institution or place of work.
- You will then be required to provide a standard police report from your country of residence. Please contact your local Police for information regarding this report.
STEP THREE: Confirmation
We will advise you in writing when your place is confirmed.
Fees
All fees quoted are excluding GST (NZ Goods and Service Tax at 12.5%).
Full payment of your fees are required at least sixty days prior to the commencement of your programme – failure to meet this commitment may result in penalties and/or cancellation of your place.
Your fee to attend via is made up of two primary factors:
- Your programme: inclusive of all programme related costs, tutorials, personal coaching, health and wellbeing activities/training/treatments, special projects and all learning materials as well as travel throughout New Zealand, adventure/cultural and tourism activities and airport transfers.
- Your residential services: for both your accommodation at the Via Estate and at the other beautiful locations we stay at throughout our journey around New Zealand. Your rooms are serviced and have private bathroom facilities and your fees include all meals, snacks and beverages – with the exception of alcohol. Your fees also include pastoral care and via security.
Six week programme: NZ$ 40,000 pp

International Air Travel
International air travel is not included in the via Fees. We can organise your international flights for you if you wish through our partner airline Air New Zealand. Alternatively you may choose to organise your own international travel.
