Making the transition from dependent child to independent adult is an essential and maturing experience that presents a multitude of choices and challenges. From the choices we make we develop life-long habits that will define how we see ourselves and how we are perceived by others.

via is a unique, exclusive and secure educational and international networking opportunity for young women, just before they take that next giant step on to university, career and adult life.

Each programme is limited to 20 participants who travel to New Zealand for 6 or 12 week residential courses. These courses will give you the life skills and confidence to realise your dreams, no matter what your chosen career or life path. You will leave with networks that will endure for years and with the ability to develop meaningful relationships in your professional and personal life.

There is the choice and flexibility for you to join us either during a 'gap' year, a summer break or between exams and university. All programmes are residential and held at the beautiful via Estate in Auckland, New Zealand.

The via developmental process, expertly delivered through personal coaching, profiling, tutorials and real-life and simulated experiences, is facilitated by professional tutors, coaches and subject matter experts. It is integrated with an exhilarating adventure, tourism and social programme. This includes travelling all over New Zealand and beyond, experiencing extreme diversity in environment, landscape, activities and culture. You will also be introduced to the essentials of international etiquette and be required to perform community service and/or charitable work during the programme.

via’s individually tailored tutorials and unique experiences give you experiential insights into developing life skills and good life habits.

Under the 12 week programme you will also be guided through a programme of financial independence by professional financial advisors.

Beyond your six or 12 weeks with via, we provide a comprehensive support and follow-up process for 12 months, and beyond that you can call on the life-long support and facilitation gained from exclusive membership to the via global network.

You will emerge from your time at via with the self-confidence, skills and insights to help you make your way in the world. You’ll have the knowledge to achieve a happy, fulfilled and socially responsible life, with friendships to last a lifetime and memories to treasure forever.
